Novel microwire-based biosensor probe for simultaneous real-time measurement of glutamate and GABA dynamics in vitro and in vivo

Abstract: Glutamate (GLU) and γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) are the major excitatory (E) and inhibitory (I) neurotransmitters in the brain, respectively.
