Notice of Retraction: Application of PBL Teaching Method in Health Statistics Course

Abstract: Problem-Based Learning (PBL) is a problem-oriented as well as student-centered teaching method which has been widely used in higher medical education in Europe and America. This paper analyzed the necessity, process, advantages, problems and solutions in the course of PBL implementation in health statistics teaching and drew the conclusion that PBL was conducive to cultivate students' learning ability, creativity and practical ability.
