Notice of Retraction: A Framework of Collaborative Application in CRM

Abstract: Collaboration is becoming more and more popular in most enterprises. As one of application areas of collaboration, how about CRM? It will be a new field for study. In this paper, three key issues for successful collaborative application in CRM, people collaboration, information collaboration and process collaboration, are discussed, and then a framework of collaborative application in CRM is introduced.
