Notch signaling inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma following inactivation of the RB pathway

Abstract: Mice lacking all three Rb genes in the liver develop tumors resembling specific subgroups of human hepatocellular carcinomas, and Notch activity appears to suppress the growth and progression of these tumors.
