Response frequencies for the survey questions were determined and displayed in graph and tabular formats. Sample profile The total sample reached 500 respondents from 4 Romanian counties in the West region (Arad, Timiș, Caraș-Severin and Hunedoara). There were more male respondents in the sample (58.1% compared to 41.9%). Two thirds of them were living in urban areas (68.5%). Half of the respondents were in the age group 35-54, and one third had university studies Measurements The study used the instrument proposed by WHO [9]. The translated version of questionnaire included 30 questions grouped in three dimensions: use of antibiotics, knowledge about antibiotics, and knowledge about antibiotics resistance. Additional information was gathered on gender (male/female), residency (urban/rural), age (16-24, 25-34, 45-54, 55-64, 65+), and education (basic, highschool, higher).

Supervision in social work is an activity that contributes to the continuing professional development of practitioners, helping them to improve the reflection on their own practice. Research aims to identify the particularities of the social construction of supervision in the N-E area of Romania. As far as the professionalization of supervision is concerned, two broad directions coexist: the first and most widespread is the introduction of supervision in the professional body of social work, being an integral part of the profession, and the second direction leading to a specific professionalization, distinct of the supervisor, starting from initial training and experience in social assistance, to which, however, specific distinct training of a trans-disciplinary bill must be added. There is a partial confusion between the supervisor's functions and those of the manager, given by the overlap of roles. There were power disparities between the two, given the nature of the supervisor's administrative role.

The paper presents the diagnostics of the state of formation of personal and professional qualities of future social workers being able to carry out street social work. While undergoing the study, it has been found that the professional readiness of street social work specialists involves the formation of such a level of professional skills and competence of future social workers that will allow them to perform the various functions of street social work successfully. Interpersonal interaction with clients of street social work provides for the presence of such specialists' traits as: empathy, compromise and speed of thinking, diplomacy in relations with others, optimism in perception of reality, communicativeness, sociability, high mental capacity, comprehensiveness of interests, mood stability, independence, initiative and business orientation in professional activity. To study the state of formation of the listed qualities of future social workers, we conducted a diagnostic study among students of second-fifth years-of-study of specialty "Social work" of Khmelnitsky National University. Diagnostic results show that the majority of future social workers, while studying in higher educational institution, have sufficiently low indicators of formation of both personal and professional qualities. They are diagnosed with low levels of business orientation and professional motivation for street social work, as well as low level of manifestation of diplomacy, pessimism in the perception of reality, rigid thinking, low mental capacity, changeability of interests, multilevel of mood, dependency, lack of initiative. Therefore, we propose to develop and introduce psychologicalpedagogical and social-pedagogical conditions (for the formation of future social workers' professional readiness for street social work) into the educational process.
