Nonperforating Intrascleral Stabbing for Sutureless 23g Sclerotomy Closure

Supplemental Digital Content is Available in the Text.This study describes a novel technique to facilitate 23G sclerotomy closure in transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy. It is applied with a regular microvitreoretinal blade and can be used in all types of endotamponade including silicone oil. The results of the technique are presented and discussed.
