Nonlinear Vibration of Electrostatically Actuated Microbeam

Abstract: In this paper, an analytical technique based on the global residue harmonic balance method (GRHBM) is applied in order to obtain higher-order approximate analytical solutions of an electrostatically actuated micro-beam.
