Nonlinear analysis of the degree of order and chaos of morphology of porous silicon nanostructures

Abstract: This work has been done to identify quantitative criteria the degree of order and chaos morphology of porous layers consisting of silicon nanowire arrays. In order to fulfill the work, a method of using metal-assisted chemical etching has been utilized to produce nanowires. There has been done a work of digital processing of porous film images which were extracted by scanning electron microscope. Informational-entropic and Fourier analysis have been applied to quantitatively describe the degree of order and ch… Show more

“…After all, they have high corrosion resistance to intercrystalline corrosion in these media [2]. But the circulating water, which is used to cool the technological product during the production of acids, contains chlorides and other anions [3][4][5][6], which can be the cause of pitting or crevice corrosion of heat exchangers [7][8][9][10]. In particular, design features of plate-like heat exchangers and chlorides in circulating water can be the cause of their crevice corrosion between the corrugations of adjacent plates.…”
