Noninvasive Assessment of Left Ventricular Force-Frequency Relationships Using Tissue Doppler–Derived Isovolumic Acceleration

Abstract: Background-We have demonstrated that myocardial acceleration during isovolumic contraction (IVA) is a sensitive index of right ventricular contractile function.
