Non-Thrombocytopenic Purpura Associated With Cat-Scratch Disease

Abstract: Carithers has summarized nicely the historical development of cat-scratch disease. He pays proper tribute to Drs. Debré, Foshay, Rose, Mollaret, Keefer, Greer, Daniel and others. The course of this illness, the theories of its etiology, its histopathology and details of the various complications of the disease, including thrombocytopenia, are well described in papers by Carithers, Warwick, Margileth and others.
