Non-Compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) During Movement Control Order (MCO) for COVID-19 in Malaysia A Conceptual Framework

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the landscape of Malaysian citizens as a whole. When the pandemic outbreak happened back in the year 2020, the Government and the policymakers took preventive steps and directive measures to sustain the social movement and curb the infection among the citizens.
