Non-Collinear Beam Combining of Kilowatt Beams in a Diamond Raman Amplifier

Abstract: We demonstrate Raman beam combining of three incoherent beams in diamond using a non-collinear pump geometry. At the kilowatt peak power level, more than 70% of each beam is converted to the Stokes beam at 1240 nm.
