Abstract: RESUMO -Este trabalho objetivou identificar a regeneração natural na fitofisionomia ombrófila densa da Floresta Estadual do Amapá, descrevendo as relações entre estratos verticais. Show more

“…In this sense, regeneration can be considered a self recovery process, that is, a revegetation able to occur with no atrophic support (APARICIO et al, 2014). However, as a recovery strategy, regeneration can be man-made, aiming to create favorable conditions, since the control of disturbance factors to the use of support techniques, such as nucleation (LEAL FILHO;SANTOS;FERREIRA, 2013).…”

“…In the state of Amapá, several studies have been carried out on C. guianensis in terms of phenology (da Luz Freitas et al, 2013; Dantas et al, 2016), fruit and seed production (de Queiroz, 2007; Valencia, 2019), medicinal potential (Ferreira Rodrigues Sarquis et al, 2019; Jesus et al, 2017), wood production (de Queiroz, & do Amaral Machado, 2007), recruitment (Aparicio et al, 2014), butterfly diversity in fruits (de Jesus‐Barros et al, 2015) and traditional knowledge (Santos et al, 2014). Yet, fundamental information on the relationship between reproductive maturity tree characteristics, and environmental factors is still lacking.…”
