“…The RASE (Resource, Evaluation, Support and Evaluation) learning design framework is built on the concept that resources are insufficient for the full achievement of learning outcomes (Churchill et al, 2016), as seen in Figure 1, and that activity, support and evaluation are critical for teachers to ensure that learning outcomes are achieved.
