NHS Ayrshire and Arran Sustainability and Well-being Committee - Assessing and Improving Trainee Well-being

Abstract: AimsTo promote the Royal College's core principles of sustainable psychiatry, Junior Doctors at Ayrshire Central Hospital formed the Sustainability and Well-being Committee.
