New Vertical Handover Method to Optimize Utilization of Wireless Local Area Network in High-Speed Environment

Abstract: In heterogeneous wireless networks, wireless local area network (WLAN) is highly preferred by mobile terminals (MTs) owing to its high transmission bandwidth and low access cost.
