Leucorrhoea is one of the major problems encountered in Gynaecological practice. The most common cause of leucorrhoea is physiological, followed by vaginal infections due to bacteria, virus, fungi and parasites. Other causes include foreign bodies, cervicitis and atrophic vaginitis. Homoeopathic medicines for leucorrhoea are made of natural substances and are completely safe with no harmful effects. These medicines work to root out the underlying causes of leucorrhoea and gives a completely healthy state to a person.

“…However, the contribution of columnar epithelium from within the depths of crypts, incompletely destroyed by laser, appears to be a new observation, at least for healing after laser treatment. Bourne et al (1937) observed that if a cervix involved in 'chronic leucorrhoea' was treated with a zinc chloride pencil, 'an occasional gland is deep enough for its fundus to escape the necrosing action of the zinc chloride and it is chiefly from these remaining islets of epithelium that the new lining of the canal is developed after the slough has separated'. Reid et al (1967 a, b) investigated healing after electrodiathermy and found patches of squamous and columnar epithelium appearing in the middle of the treated area.…”

The recognition that only a minority of cervical premalignant lesions progress to invasion, and the increasing incidence of these lesions in young women, has led to a more conservative approach in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. One such method uses the carbon dioxide laser but inadequate length of follow-up has prevented a prediction of risk of recurrence. Observations made in this study on the speed of healing, source of new epithelium, maturation of the epithelium and the absence of herpes nucleic acid suggest that this risk is low.
