New multi-parameter Golay 2-complementary sequences and transforms

In this paper, we develop the family of Golay-Rudin-Shapiro (GRS) m-complementary manyparameter sequences and many-parameter Golay transforms. The approach is based on a new generalized iteration generating construction, associated with n unitary many-parameter transforms and n arbitrary groups of given fixed order. We are going to use multi-parameter Golay transform in Intelligent-OFDM-TCS instead of discrete Fourier transform in order to find out optimal values of parameters optimized PARP, BER, SER, anti-eavesdropping and anti-jamming effects.

Оценка углерододепонирующей способности лесов выходит в настоящее время на глобальный уровень. Разработан алгоритм оценки приходной части углеродного цикла (чистой первичной продукции) лесного покрова, образующий основу генерации нейронной сети из начальных баз данных. The assessment of the carbon-depositing capacity of forests is now reaching the global level. An algorithm has been developed for estimating the input part of the carbon cycle (net primary production) of forest cover, which forms the basis for generating a neural network from initial databases.
