New instances classification framework on Quran ontology applied to question answering system

Abstract: Instances classification with the small dataset for Quran ontology is the current research problem which appears in Quran ontology development. The existing classification approach used machine learning: Backpropagation Neural Network. However, this method has a drawback; if the training set amount is small, then the classifier accuracy could decline. Unfortunately, Holy Quran has a small corpus. Based on this problem, our study aims to formulate new instances classification framework for small training corpus… Show more

“…The convolution window size of each layer is 5x100, 4x1, 2x1 and the pooling window size is 4x100, 3x1, 3x1. This configuration is also denoted as (5,4,2) and (4,3,3). The RNN is modelled with 2 LSTM units and the size of all LSTM units is set to 360.…”

“…Question Answering systems presenting an interface, where users could state their demand for information in the Natural Language format and the search engine will produce suitable answers to these questions. When compared with the traditional information retrieval system, the relevant amount of information is considered as an answer instead of retrieving the entire document [2]. Data mining is a subfield of computer science that enables intelligent extraction of useful information [3].…”

“…The knowledge inside the Holy Quran n could be stored and represented by ontology. There are two approaches to build an ontology, i.e., non-automated and automated process [1]. This automatic process is also known as the ontology population.…”
