New Combretastatin Analogs as Anticancer Agents: Design, Synthesis, Microtubules Polymerization Inhibition, and Molecular Docking Studies

Abstract: A new series of 4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol derivatives were synthesized as analogs for the anticancer drug combretastatin A-4 (CA-4) and characterized using FT-IR, 1 H-NMR, 13 CNMR, and HR-MS techniques.
