The Egyptian Government published several digital services through their websites; however, the number of interactive users is very limited compared to the country's population and the expected users. This research is intended to figure out the user experience design challenges impact on the end-user to improve the efficiency of the GOV’s website, and this will help the government to improve the quality standard of the digital services before publishing the services to the Egyptian citizens. Through the collaboration between the three stakeholders (Government stockholders, The Implementing Companies, The End-users), we will develop hypothesis that will help the Gov to provide a successful product that meet the end-user expectation and improve the satisfaction level. in this research we will focus in phenomena of (Government website efficiency) figure the impact of the dependent variable (User acceptance) and its relation with the independent variables (User expectation, Software efficiency, Ease of use, and software efficiency) and the relationship with the mediating variable (remember flow). The primary data was collected through end-user Interviews that were conducted through the online questionnaire tool "surveymonkey" which resulted in the observation that " Customer acceptance is one of the major success roles in Government website efficiency".

The shifting of the capital of Indonesia from Jakarta to East Kalimantan, or East Borneo, is underway. There are certain to be new issues that arise as a result of this migration. The state of the nation's current transportation infrastructure is one of the most prominent right now. The new capital of Indonesia, Jakarta, is situated in the midst of a jungle. For this reason, the road network should be established before, or at least concurrently with, the IKN construction. It is critical to understand the direction of future growth in the IKN region before developing a road network architecture. Potential partner locations might potentially benefit from enhanced access and connection to the existing road network in this situation as well. To ensure that the IKN is able to work properly and link additional nodes, many partner area points are being considered. A literature review, a focus group discussion, and in-depth interviews were conducted to come up with a development plan for IKN partner regions and highlight areas of special concern. It was also determined if the addition of a new node had a positive impact by utilizing a connection matrix and the accessibility index. Most linkages are found at five of the 26 nodes in the complete connectivity matrix of national highways around IKN in East Kalimantan. Pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Baru di Kaltim diprediksi menghabiskan anggaran Rp 466 triliun. Dalam hal ini, pemerintah memastikan 80% anggaran pembangunan IKN tidak berasal dari APBN melainkan dari skema lain seperti Kerjasama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha (KPBU), Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), swasta, dan investor asing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai tingkat kesiapan kelima skema pembiayaan IKN dalam rangka pembiayaan IKN. Kajian ini mengembangkan tiga indikator untuk menilai tingkat kesiapan lima skema anggaran pembangunan IKN, yaitu indikator nilai anggaran, pertumbuhan anggaran, dan concern anggaran terhadap infrastruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Sumber data berasal dari laporan realisasi APBN 2012-2021, laporan perkiraan biaya proyek KPBU 2017-2021, realisasi nilai penanaman modal dalam negeri (PMDN) dan asing (PMA) 2012-2021, laporan laba bersih dan belanja modal (infrastruktur dan non infrastruktur) BUMN 2015-2021, dan laporan nilai kapitalisasi pasar perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2012-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kelima skema pembiayaan IKN, 3 skema dinyatakan cukup siap yaitu skema PPP, swasta, dan penanaman modal asing, sedangkan skema APBN dan BUMN dinyatakan kurang siap. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah perlu menyusun strategi dan regulasi yang dapat memfasilitasi dan mempercepat skema PPP, penanaman modal asing, dan swasta dalam pendanaan IKN.
