Neurosyphilis bei HIV-Infektion: Persistenz nach hochdosierter Penicillintherapie

Abstract: Ten years after treatment of secondary syphilis a 44-year-old otherwise asymptomatic HIV-infected patient developed acute meningovascular syphilis with multifocal manifestations and neurological deficit.
