The aim of the study is to conduct bibliometrical analysis of the published articles on environmental education. With this aim, 3979 articles published between 1973 and 2019 were reached as a result of scanning Scopus database and they were bibliometrically analyzed so that research tendencies in the last 46 years were determined. The database was scanned using "environment/environmental education" keywords and results regarding the annual distributions of the articles; the journals and the authors with the highest number of related articles; h-index scores of the authors; research collaboration networks; the articles that were cited at the highest rates; the average annual citation scores; the citation burst scores of the authors; the results for word cloud and the conceptual mapping patterns obtained were analyzed. The findings reveal that the issue started to gain popularity among scientific researchers after 2008. The journal publishing the highest number of articles on the topic is found to be Environmental Education Research while the researchers with the highest number of published articles belong to Kopnina, H., Bogner, F. X., and Thiengkamol, N. The researchers from Netherlands, Mexico and Israel have the highest rates of research collaborations. The related articles are found to focus mostly on sustainability education, climate change, teacher education, student's or teacher's attitudes toward environment, the level of knowledge and consciousness on environment and environmental issues. The most frequently used concept in the keywords sections of published articles is determined to be "environmental education". The findings of the study are meant to guide researchers planning to conduct further research on the issue.

Problem-solving ability is an essential part of daily life. Thus, curiosity and a thirst for knowledge should be cultivated in students to help them develop problem solving and independent thinking skills. Along with positive attitudes and an active disposition, these abilities are needed to solve problems throughout the lifespan and develop -confidence. To achieve educational objectives in the context of globalization, creative ability is necessary for generating competitive advantages. Therefore, creative thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are important basic competencies needed for future world citizens. Creativity should also be integrated into subject teaching to cultivate students' lifelong learning and a creative attitude toward life. A questionnaire was distributed to 420 students in colleges and universities in Fujian, China. After removing invalid and incomplete responses, 363 copies were found to be valid yielding a response rate of 86%. Findings indicate that the new generation requires high levels of support to develop creativity and integrate diverse subjects such as nature, humanities, and technology. A rich imagination is needed to root creativity in the new generation.

In the context of the Internet for education, informatized teaching has become the most basic and critical ability of teachers. The application of advanced information technology in education means that the improvement in teaching ability requires instructors to better utilize teaching and learning opportunities. Project-based learning is an inquiry-based learning method that embodies learning by doing. With respect to the training of informatization teaching for pre-service teachers, we choose three aspects: information-based instructional design, information-based teaching resource integration, and information-based teaching evaluation, respectively, from PowerPoint (PPT) skills, multimedia courseware production, and micro lectures. This study explores three experimental projects and undertakes detailed empirical growth research on the cultivation of pre-service teachers. We were able to enhance the informatization teaching design ability of pre-service teachers with the training of PPT skills. In this experiment, we found that integration of information-based teaching resources can be improved by the integration of multimedia courseware production. Information teaching evaluation can be improved through micro lecture production. The mechanism provides a more feasible and practical strategy for the training of pre-service teachers in their informatization teaching ability.
