In the article, the analysis of features and trends of microelectronics development and related issues that formed the basis of proposed approaches to the design and implementation of intelligent information systems and the structure of the information system. When architecting an information system, the author was guided by the methods of structural-functional modeling, modular and structured programming. The novelty of this work is to identify the problems and challenges facing enterprises of microelectronics and addressing these challenges through the development of intelligent information systems

Participants’ interaction in infrastructure projects of the municipal-private partnership

The article systematizes the idea of the participants’ interaction in thr infrastructure projects of municipal-private partnerships through an ecosystem approach. Required and non-mandatory project participants, as well as an algorithm for their interaction in the framework of the municipal-private partnerships’ ecosystem, which is classified as “Ecosystems of infrastructure partnership” in the article, are identified. A methodological apparatus has been developed and organizational models for the construction or reconstruction of the municipal-private partnerships infrastructure projects are formed. The models are proposed to be divided into basic and varied, the latter are essentially summary and may include from one to three optional elements.

Resource allocation problems in project management are notoriously complex. Therefore the development of efficient algorithms for solving various specific cases is a real problem. This paper shows a specific case of the problem, where a program has a particular structure. The resource allocation problem in such a program is reduced to classical Johnson’s problem or job-shop scheduling problem. Effective solution methods, by way of reducing to maximum flow problems, are suggested for some types of resources. For other cases, heuristic rules are developed, with a description of the situations in which these rules allow good enough solutions to be obtained.
