Network Access Selection Algorithm Based on Balanced Profits between Users and Network

Abstract: A network access selection algorithm based on the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and bilateral profit drive is proposed in this study for addressing problems regarding user–network bilateral profits.
