Neonatal Diagnosis of Familial Dysautonomia

Abstract: The serious prognostic implications of familial dysautonomia (FD) for the affected individual and his family make early definitive diagnosis mandatory. Familial dysautonomia has rarely been diagnosed in the neonatal period in hitherto unaffected families.
