Neodymium Doped Borate Glasses for NIR Emitting Solid State Device Applications

Abstract: Objectives: To investigate the effect of B 2 O 3 replaced by Nd 2 O 3 studies on the spectroscopic characteristics of trivalent neodymium (Nd 3+ )-doped glasses using XRD, FTIR, absorption, and emission spectroscopy.
