Neo-colonialism in the Polish rural world: CAP approach and the phenomenon of suitcase farmers

Abstract: Notwithstanding the opportunities it provides, the implementation of some measures of the EU Common Agricultural Policy (EU CAP), including agri-environment-climate measures (AECMs), also generates threats.
