Nematode infection of the liver mimicking metastasis of malignant melanoma

Abstract: Roundworm-infections of the liver can present as lesions suspicious of being malignant. Therefore, along with e.g. microhamartoma, microabscesses and hepatocellular carcinoma, infestation with nematodes should be taken into consideration.
