Russia and other countries have to solve a great number of problems during the training of competitive specialists in regional institutes, and namely functioning of the world, national and regional labour markets where supply is oriented not to specialists who have different theoretical and practical skills and competences, but to specialists who have a high level of emotional intelligence which allows to develop non-professional skills connected with a high labour productivity, planning and team work. The development of such skills among students can be done by using techniques considered in the article which are aimed at involving into team work, creativity and perception of themselves and other people.
