Nasal pathologies in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea

Abstract: SUMMARYNasal obstruction is a frequent condition in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). Nasal obstruction leads to mouth breathing, which is thought to destabilise the upper airway and aggravate the condition.
