This result is in agreement with the spectral values for PbO 2 [27,28]. Compared to TiO 2 -NTs/PbO 2 , the intensity of Pb 4f spectrum on TiO 2 -NTs/ Ce-PbO 2 decreases, which is probably due to the doping of cerium reducing exposing plumbum on the surface of the anode.…”
