Nanocluster Ions and Beam Techniques for Material Modification

Abstract: Various kinds of clusters such as hydrogen, ionic, and metallic bonding clusters were generated using several unique methods such as the nozzle beam, high-electric-field, and evaporation-on-liquid methods.
