Abstract:Ribavirin (RIB) was successfully determined by fluorescence spectroscopy upon its quenching to environment friendly phosphorus and nitrogen co-doped carbon quantum dots (PNQDs). Different analytical parameters affecting the fluorescence spectra have been optimized and validated in accordance to the ICH guidelines.
