Abstract: Due to its semiconducting nature, controlled growth of large-area chemical vapor deposition (CVD)-grown two-dimensional (2D) molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) has a lot of potential applications in photodetectors, sensors, and optoelectronics.
