Mycotoxin and Food Safety in Developing Countries

Abstract: His research interests include Food and EnvironmentalToxicology with focus on detection, health impact, and prevention and control of mycotoxins in foods. He has authored and co-authored 27 journal articles and 2 book chapters. He represents Nigeria on the African Union Codex Committee on Contaminants in Food.
