Mutual help groups: an important gateway to wellbeing and mental health

Abstract: Objective: This study investigated the impact of GROW, an Australia-wide community mental health organisation, on psychological wellbeing and mental health.Design: Triangulation of quantitative and qualitative research methods was employed.
