Musculoskeletal pain among postmenopausal women in Nigeria: Association with overall and central obesity

Abstract: Background: Menopausal women experience musculoskeletal changes such as muscle atrophy, muscle weakness and osteoporosis—symptoms associated with advancing age coupled with depletion of the female sex hormone, estrogen.
