Kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang dimiliki dan diimplementasikan oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam merancang, menyusun, dan mengaplikasikan rencana administrasi dan kegiatan pendidikan dalam kurun waktu yang telah ditentukan. Hal ini merupakan tugas yang dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah agar seluruh komponen berjalan sesuai rencana yang telah ditentukan serta mencapai tujuan yang telah disepakati bersama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja pendidik pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian ex post facto dengan desain korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran angket. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 15 orang Kepala Sekolah dan 30 pendidik di jenjang sekolah dasar di wilayah Kecamatan Mojotengah, Kabupaten Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square (Koefisien Determinasi) memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,410. Diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah sebanyak 41% terhadap kinerja pendidik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang cukup signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah dengan kinerja pendidik.

This research aims to describe and analyze teacher personality in shaping student character at school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type in an elementary school. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that teachers teachers have personality competencies and pedagogical competencies that encourage better learning. Teachers have attempted character development by integrating noble character values during school. This effort goes through four stages: attentional, retention, motor reproduction, and motivational. Suppose teachers can be good role models while at school, students will gradually be able to pay attention and become motivated by their actions. This will present student impulses that work below the level of consciousness to demonstrate the virtues modeled by the teacher. This is as explained in social learning theory by Albert Bandura.

The importance of Didactical Design in mathematics education must be addressed. Didactical Design is essential in mathematics education because it can optimize learning. Efforts to design learning experiences that combine didactic and design principles can lead students to acquire knowledge correctly and epistemically. This research aims to capture the landscape of previous research relevant to Didactical Design in Mathematics Education. This study constitutes a literature review research, wherein 56 publications were gathered from the Scopus database. These publications were subsequently subjected to bibliometric analysis with the assistance of the VOSviewer application. The analysis results show a rapid increase in publications since 2019, primarily focusing on didactic design, barriers to student learning, mathematics education, and retrospective analysis. The study also identified the emergence of new themes in Didactical Design research, such as the study of specific mathematical competencies and the integration of technology in design, e-learning, augmented reality, and STEM. Several implications are presented as helpful information for scientists and stakeholders.
