Multispecies colour polymorphisms associated with contrasting microhabitats in two Mediterranean wrasse radiations

Abstract: Intraspecific colour polymorphisms (CPs) present unique opportunities to study fundamental evolutionary questions, such as the link between ecology and phenotype, mechanisms maintaining genetic diversity and their putative role in speciation.
