Multiple Cerebral Aneurysms Caused by Cardiac Myxoma

Abstract: A case of multiple cerebral aneurysms caused by left atrial myxoma is reported. We present the details of this case and discuss the hypothetical pathogenesis, radiological aspects and treatment of these neoplastic aneurysms.
