Multiphasic inhibition of mild steel corrosion in H 2 S gas environment

Abstract: Compounds like Octylpalmamide (OTP), Octylsteramide (OTS), Octylcaprylamide (OTC), Octylbenzamide (OTB) and one complex compound Dicyclohexylaminebenzotriazole (DCHAB) were synthesized and characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).
