<p>The paper pertains to the comprehensive amendment to the Polish Code of Civil Procedure of 4 July 2019, which covered, among others, the regulations concerning evidence in civil proceedings. The amendment influenced all the aspects of evidence procedure: means of evidence, taking of evidence, as well as its assessment. The author attempted to analyse the amended provisions through the essence of the influence that the evidence procedure has on the entire court examination proceedings, and in particular whether the amendment introduced any provisions improving the dynamics of civil procedure.</p>

This article is about Meredith Monk's artistic production, which transcends traditional categories, specially focusing on Juice -a theater-cantata in three installments of 1969. Based on considerations on the structure and presentation of this work, the study looks at the various aspects that place this production in the context of the emergence of new forms of artistic expression in the last decades of the twentieth century, such as the relativization of traditional categories, performance in unconventional spaces, the use of architecture as structure, the mixing of languages and the proposal of new forms of perception.

Antigone's Diary -Young Audiences as Co-creators of GPS-guided Radio Dramae play, Antigone's Diary, is a re-written version of Sophocles' classical play, developed with teenage schoolchildren in the riot-ridden suburb Husby, a 30-minute subway ride away from the centre of Stockholm. Rebecca Forsberg of RATS eatre adapted the plot into an interactive radio performance with a mobile audience, walking through the suburb and responding via text messages to Antigone's questions after each of the twelve scenes. Young audiences were of especial interest for this project. erefore, school performances for teenagers are the focus of this survey. e responses of pupils were studied during and after performances by means of observations, qualitative interviews and quantitative analysis of the text messages that the participants sent in response to Antigone's questions. e seriousness and enthusiasm of young audiences were one of the stunning outcomes of this survey and a number of quotations illustrate the immersive power of this production. Furthermore, this experiment also served as a test bed for the Department of Computer and System Science, to which Rats eatre is closely tied. e multimedia performance, combining radio drama, mobile audiences in a local environment and the options of interactive participation, demonstrated the potential of participatory experiences to engage audiences in democratic processes that can be applied to issues of political interest and decision making in the public sphere.
