Multifunctional Tryptophan-synthesizing Enzyme

Abstract: After developing a suitable procedure to produce large amounts of Euglena gracilis as well as a reliable protocol to purify the multifunctional tryptophan-synthesizing enzyme derived from it (Schwarz, T., Bartholmes, P., and Kaufmann, M.
