Multicultural Awareness of Al-Qur'an Perspective and Prevention of Religious Radicalism-Liberalism

Ownership is an important microeconomic theory position in Islamic and capitalist economic systems. The discussion of ownership is not only related to financial aspects but also social and political aspects. Islam is a way of life and a universal religion because it includes all aspects of life related to economic, social, political, and cultural factors. This article aims to analysis the concept of ownership in Islam, the classification of ownership in Islam, and the fiqh rules that form the basis of ownership in Islam. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary and secondary data used are books and journals. The concept of ownership in Islamic economics helps eliminate injustice in controlling one's property by individuals, the general public, and the state so that each group can utilize and own wealth fairly and evenly so that Islamic economics can solve the current economic crisis. Classification of ownership in Islam includes three forms, namely: 1) Private ownership (al-milkiyyat al-fardiyyah), 2) Public ownership (al-milkiyyat al-ammah), 3) State ownership (al-milkiyyat al-daulah). Each holding has a foundation.

Leadership is a complex and challenging task requiring a thorough study in this area. The quality of leadership determines educational outcomes in schools. Quality leadership indicators understand the meaning of leadership based on Islamic religious, philosophy, psychology, and sociology perspectives. This study examines educational leadership based on Islamic religious, philosophy, psychology, and sociology perspectives. This study used a library research design by studying references from books and journals related to leadership. In the Islamic religious perspective, educational leadership is a mandate that must be carried out correctly and accounted for by humans and Allah. Leadership that does not work professionally and proportionately is a betrayal of Allah and the Prophet. According to a philosophical perspective, in making decisions, educational leaders must use the right way of thinking to avoid missed decisions that affect school education outcomes. Psychologically a person's leadership style affects the process he lives in everyday life because it is a fundamental human nature from birth to death, so factors from within himself heavily influence his leadership style. Based on a sociological perspective, educational leadership must be able to answer the social challenges of the academic community as the times change.

The Ideal Leader in the Perspective of Hadith

Changes in time affect changes in the condition of the state and society. For example, there will be elections for both central and regional leaders in Indonesia soon. Because each political party names one of its cadres as the country's top official, today's election of leaders is an incredible gambling arena. This research tries to examine the perfect leader from a Hadith-based perspective. The Al-Qur'an, Hadith, journals, and books about leadership were employed as the key data sources for this research using the inductive content analysis approach. The study results demonstrate that the definition of a leader in Islamic guidance should encompass the concept of a helper because a leader is in charge of protecting the people he leads and makes an effort to assist and save them when difficulties or disasters occur. A leader is also in charge of everything that occurs and exists in their territory and the affairs of the people it leads. A group selects a leader to guide the members toward achieving a common objective. The ideal leader is humility, the nature of being open to criticism, honesty, and trustworthiness, acting reasonably, commitment to the struggle being democratic, devoted, and serving Allah SWT.
