MULTICOMPONENT FeCoCrAlTiCuMo COATING CREATED BY ATMOSPHERIC PLASMA METALLIZATION WITH MULTIPLE REFLOW

Abstract: The microstructure and phase composition of the coating obtained by plasma spraying of FeCoCrAlTiCuMo powder in an equiatomic ratio of components have been investigated. The results showed the possibility of creating a multicomponent single-phase solid solution by plasma spraying and the expediency of studying it.

“…One of the priority directions in the development of the plasma method for creating coatings, including high-entropy ones, is the improvement of the mixing powders technology with their simultaneous treatment by friction against each other in a neutral atmosphere with a stage-by-stage supply to the plasmatron.
