Multi-sheet excitation and imaging of flow driven samples in an LSFM with a modified multi-focal diffractive lens

Abstract: Five light sheets of equal intensity are generated within the tube of a flow driven Light Sheet Fluorescence Microscope (LSFM). In combination with a second multi-focal lens multiplane imaging on a single chip is provided.
