Multi criteria optimization of human resource management problems based on the modified topsis method

Abstract: У статті виділені специфічні особливості задач управління людськими ресурсами (УЛР), що дозволяють ідентифікувати їх як завдання багатокритеріального аналізу і прийняття рішень в нечіткому середовищі.
