“…In the recent past, many watershed drainage network extraction studies have been prepared using various DEMs. (Samal et al, 2015), (Kaliraj et al, 2015), (Al-Saady et al, 2016), (Dinagara Pandi et al, 2017) in their exploration, the ASTER DEM and topographic sheets were used for morphometric analysis. From their inference, the ASTER DEM is a sufficient source for watershed drainage morphological study (Sreedevi et al, 2009), (Ansari et al, 2012), (Patel et al, 2013), (Prabu & Baskaran, 2013), (P.
