“…The analytical specificity of the LAMP assay for R. rickettsii was evaluated using DNA from different species, such as R. typhi, R. japonica, R. helvetica, R. australis, R. conorii, R. felis, R. prowasekii, R. africae, R. parkeri (strain Atlantic Rainforest), R. slovaca, Ehrlichia canis, Borrelia burgdorferi , and Anaplasma phagocytophilum .
